NEW INSURANCE SERVICE OFFICE RATING FOR MLFD
Border map that reads Mormon Lake FD-AZ 5 Miles

MLFD recently completed the Insurance Service Office Public Protection Classification. Beginning January 1, 2020, MLFD will be a class 6/10 split rating. Residents living within five miles of the station will now be a class 6 rating instead of an 8B rating. This new rating may lower your insurance premium* if you are within five miles of the fire station (highlighted in gray on the map). Check with your insurance company to see if you are eligible for a reduction in your premium. Residents that live beyond five miles of the fire station will remain a class 10 rating.
